Derrick & Lyndsey - Minnesota

Words can't express how perfect Derrick & Lyndsey's wedding was. Upon meeting on a warm Saturday morning to discuss wedding day plans, I felt an instant connection with both of them and knew this wedding was going to be a dream to capture and edit. One of the many things I appreciate about this couple is their genuine love for family. By having the wedding at Derrick's childhood country home, it was clear that everyone in attendance was considered family and that same warmth was extended to us as well. 

Following them around and capturing every little moment was both surreal and natural throughout the entire day and we are thrilled to present this short film as a reminder of how awesome Derrick & Lyndsey are together.  Here's to the newlyweds, we'll never forget how well you treated us, congrats and cheers! Mara & Lee - Minnesota

Mara and Lee are among the most kind and thoughtful people I have ever met and filming their wedding day was such an amazing experience. After first meeting over coffee and breakfast in Minneapolis, we soon discovered we both have lived in Albany, Oregon and the connections grew from there. Both Mara and Lee are genuine and smart and funny and I'll never forget how natural it was to film and capture their special day. The letters they wrote each other made me tear up, both while filming and editing. Lee even provided me with 4k drone footage he shot the morning of the wedding, how awesome is that?!
